Measure the seat kids rocking chair from side to side, and add 2 inches to this measurement. Measure the rocking chair seat from the rear of the seat to the side and add 2 inches for this measurement. Sew along the edges of the three sides, leaving about ½ inch seam allowance. Turn the pillow inside out. Fill the pillow with cotton or polyester filling. Buy filling from a craft store. Fold the raw edges of the pad down and pin pad closed. Sew the open edge. Cut eight 8-inch-long strips of tape. Sew the two strips to each corner of the pad. Use ribbons to tie each corner of the pad to the legs of the kids rocking chair.
